Today, we proudly carry the torch forward, introducing Zehra Hatay Kitchen to the vibrant city of Hamilton, Ontario.

In the heart of Turkey's gastronomy city, Hatay, our roots run deep. With a total of 10 branches and 170 dedicated staff, we were the epitome of culinary excellence in Turkey until unforeseen circumstances(earthquake) led us to a new chapter in Canada. Fueled by the desire to share the unique flavors of Hatay, we expanded our horizons to Hamilton, bringing a piece of Turkey's rich culinary heritage with us.
